Shift: 12-hour shifts, 7:00pm-7:30am
Pay Range: $35.50-$45.40/hr
Shift Differentials: $3.25-$7.00/hr

Qualifications
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Centennial Peaks Hospital.
The Registered Nurse (RN) prescribes, coordinates and delegates nursing care utilizing the nursing process that is integrated into the multidisciplinary treatment team plan of care.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis and is responsible for promoting and enhancing professional nursing practice on the unit.
Must be available every other weekend.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate competency in the criteria listed and the ability to meet the minimum requirements for this position.
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. BSN preferred.
Experience: One-year prior psychiatric experience in mental health nursing preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Licensure and registration by the Colorado Division of Regulatory Agencies as a registered nurse.
Knowledge: Must possess knowledge of general and psychiatric nursing processes, therapeutic relationships and processes, age specific growth and development, limit setting,
crisis and behavior management and CPR training.
Supervision Received: Charge Nurse, House Supervisor, Director of Nursing, Chief Nursing Officer
Supervision Exercised: Mental Health Technician, LPN
Qualifications
- Current license to practice nursing in Colorado (or eligible to receive or renew).
- Current CPR or BLS certification. Provided training with hire
- Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
