Resolute Home Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. This office services our clients on a per visit basis. This is flexible part time opportunity, Resolute Home Care has a special purpose: to help people of all ages have a safe home life with comfort, independence, and dignity.

Responsibilities
• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan
• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice
• Maintain continuity of patient care in a home care setting

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in North Carolina

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required by date of hire
