This Registered Nurse (RN) - Talent Pool is to consider candidates that are interested in full-time RN positions within our clinic:

• Post Acute Care Unit Nurse

The PACU Nurse provides planned, skilled nursing care for patients in the critical postoperative period. Provides continuous patient surveillance for early recognition and immediate response to medical or surgical complications that may arise in any postoperative patient.

• Post Op Nurse

The Post Operative Nurse will provide planned, skilled nursing care for patients in the postoperative period. This includes providing continuous patient surveillance for early recognition and immediate response to medical or surgical complications that may arise in any postoperative patient.

Requirements

• Associates or higher degree in Nursing
• Active RN License within state
• Applicable nursing experience within specialty
• Current BLS and ACLS certification or Ability to complete required training asap
• Must be a team player, willing to support each other and have a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across various audiences
• Superior listening skills with the ability to quickly comprehend instructions in emergency situations
• Ability to synthesize patient data and implement an action plan appropriate
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
