We are seeking a Director of Operations for a casual restaurant group, to join their regional team. This director will be representing multiple units and will travel as necessary (hybrid work environment).
Director of Operations Responsibilities:
- Highest customer service standards
- Travel between restaurants within the group to ensure consistency and SOPs are being followed
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot the need for improvement and change
- Multi-unit P&L management
- 60-70% multi-state traveling
Director of Operations Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a multi-unit, restaurant operations leadership role
- Experience with executing new initiatives, SOPs, promotions, budgeting, forecasting, and more
- A degree in a related field is a PLUS
Director of Operations Benefits and Compensation:
- An annual salary of $120, 000 to $130, 000, depending on experience
- Bonus potential
