We are redefining the 21st century marina hospitality experience.The Regional Operations Manager will play a vital role in in the development and execution of the TPG Marinas mission in the Northeastern United States. The current portfolio in this area consists of eight properties in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York.Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.Recruiting, training, and supporting general managers and department heads, as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.Ensuring properties and teams operate within regulatory and quality standards.Developing and ensuring company standards operating procedures are followed.Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.Visit all sites in region on a regular basis.Requires advanced knowledge of marina operations principles and practices. Physical requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting to 50 lbs.
