Summary of Position Requirements
Acts as Regional Liaison to Human Resource Department, Risk Management, Payroll and Benefits Department. Assumes a variety of responsibilities and manages the day-to-day office functions for the East Coast Region.
Responsibilities
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Liaison between Divisions in region(s) and Corporate HR/Payroll/Benefits
• Provide HR policy and procedure guidance to the division to ensure compliance
• Responsible for full-cycle Associate On-boarding
• Responsible for the timely processing of all paperwork
• Assist Division with Recruiting efforts including posting and monitoring positions on internal and external job boards
• Generate and obtain required approvals for open job requisitions, promotions, and transfers
• Handle general associate questions pertaining to the Company’s policies, procedures, and benefits programs
• Process all pre-authorizations, new-hire, and associate separation paperwork
• Maintain associate files
• Support HR Managers and Generalists with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements
• Minimum High School diploma required, college degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years in an HR function required
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with People Soft preferred
Physical RequirementsThis is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
