Highlights of the Regional Health and Wellness Director Position:
Leverage your leadership skills to engage our community clinical leaders in providing a high standard of service and regulatory guidance, built on strong relationships and clinical excellence.
- The Regional Health and Wellness Director is responsible for site visits, training, consultation and direct care demonstration, at regular intervals, to the Health and Wellness Director, ancillary nursing staff, and the personal care staff.
- The Regional Health and Wellness Director is also responsible for promoting the Health and well-being of each community and residents through promoting adherence to policy and procedures, infection control guidance, and formulation of action plans.
- Leads in accordance with the company's Mission, Vision, Values, Standards, policies, and applicable laws/regulations
- Must be available to assist the community in times of emergencies.
- Travel up to 80%: travel includes both day and overnight travel
Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in nursing (preferred)
- Must have a current RN or LPN in good standing in the state of employment
- 3 or more years' previous direct supervisory experience in the senior housing industry (AL, MC or LTC)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Proven Clinical and leadership expertise
- Minimum of three years' experience in Assisted Living, Alzheimer’s or Memory Care or other applicable experience.
- Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to 130,000.
