The Director of Clinical Reimbursement is responsible for the development and support of the resident assessment process in accordance with the requirements of the federal and state regulations as well as Company policy and procedures. The Director of Clinical Reimbursement isthe subject matter expert in the area of MDS, CAA, PDPM, Casemix, QM’s, restorative nursing and the care plan process.

Duties include:

• Availability to travel throughout Hampton Roads Area.
• Conduct all Medicare compliance audits
• Conduct PDPM reviews
• Auditing new MDS Coordinators
• Orientation and training new MDS coordinators

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of two years experience as an MDS Coordinator or Regional Nurse Assessment Coordinator
