Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Recruiter/ Marketing to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies to attract top talent to our organization. Your focus will be on showcasing our employer brand, engaging with prospective employees, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Representation:

- Develop and promote the employer brand through various channels to attract potential candidates.

- Craft compelling messaging that highlights our company culture, values, and unique selling points.

2. Content Creation:

- Create engaging and informative content for job postings, and other platforms to capture the attention of potential candidates.

- Develop multimedia content, including videos, testimonials, and blog posts, to showcase the employee experience.

3. Collaboration with Hiring Teams:

- Work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand talent needs and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

- Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities to refine our recruitment approach.

4. Candidate Engagement:

- Develop and implement strategies to keep prospective candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.

- Utilize email campaigns, newsletters, and events to build relationships with potential hires.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment marketing strategies using key performance indicators.

- Provide regular reports and insights to optimize ongoing campaigns.

 

Qualifications:

- 2 or more years of experience in Recruitment.

- Proven experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to think creatively and strategically to differentiate our employer brand.

The Direct Support Professional assists Human Resources in completing projects that enable clients to be effectively served throughout their communities using data tracking, reporting, and coordination.
