Seeking a Recreation Guest Service Manager for the Moanaku'inamoku Ocean Activities department. This person will be responsible for managing day-to-day hotel recreation operation which includes Guest Service, activities, rentals, and vendors.
Candidate will monitor and ensure successful implementation of safety, quality, and efficiency of operation while continually working to exceed employee and Guest expectations. This person will supervise and manage a team following established goals and objectives. Candidate must be well versed in ocean activities (snorkeling, SUP/outrigger canoe paddling) and the Hawaiian culture, possess excellent people and communication skills, and have a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
Ideal candidate is a strong leader with high-energy who can ensure that the Moanaku'inamoku staff have the tools, training, and guidance to provide a safe and enriching Hawaiian culture-based ocean experience. Master/Mate 100 Ton Captains' License highly desired. High school diploma; advanced education a bonus, First Aid/CPR and Automated External Defibrillator training (provided).
