Receptionist For A Nail Salon

receptionistDo you have a passion for nails? We are looking for a Nail recpetionist for a very up scale salon in Happy Valley.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns
- Assist with event planning and coordination for special salon promotions or activities
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale system
- Assist stylists and technicians with client check-ins and check-outs
- Manage inventory of salon products and supplies
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

Skills:
- Front desk experience in a salon or similar environment is preferred
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in using salon management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for managing financial records is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Suite for calendar management and email communication is desirable
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is beneficial, but not required
