Reception/Administrative Assistant

We're looking for a responsible and personable individual with administrative experience for our office. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and is capable of multitasking and working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Our team includes individuals from numerous departments, and the Administrative Assistant must be capable of assisting those in Accounting, Marketing, and IT, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to write with proper grammar and spelling.
• Set up meetings, conferences, and events.
• Prepare and edit company reports, documents, and correspondence.
• Create tables and charts.
• Organize information and data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
