Summary:

This job is primarily responsible for receiving all inventory and preforming a visual inspection of all received vehicles at the receiving point.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Receive and check in all incoming vehicle inventory and assist with inventory control.
• Place inventory stock stickers on vehicles and write arbitration expiration date on the window of the vehicle.
• Place Condition Report, inspection forms, stock stickers and license plate racket on vehicle.
• Perform a visual inspection of the vehicles using an inspection sheet to ensure it matches with the condition report.
• Measure the tire depth of each vehicle using a digital gauge and write the factory required tire pressure on window of the vehicle.
• Keep parking areas and lot clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized.
• Issue payment to vehicle transporter after inspection is complete.
• Monitor and inspect parking areas to prevent vehicle damage.
• Receive and review all bills of ladings.
• Keep track of all home delivery units and ensure they are inspected before being sent out for delivery.
• Return vehicles to designated areas.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand and walk 65% of the time; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with arms; talk and hear. The employee in this position is frequently required to drive vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to speak, understand and write in the English language.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid FL license with satisfactory driving record in the sole discretion of Off Lease Only.
