Real Estate Transactions Senior Associate Attorney (Or Of Counsel)

Our client, a growing mid-sized law firm located in Boulder, is seeking a senior transactional real estate associate (or of counsel). Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Colorado, but the position can be hybrid or even fully remote. The firm offers humane billable hour targets (~1,200 annually) and a lifestyle- and family- friendly atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have worked (and been successful) at a larger firm and is looking for a more balanced practice where they can continue to do excellent work while also having a life outside of the office. A modest book of business is a big plus.
