We are seeking Real Estate Sales Person person to assist with Front Office Operations and Offer Writing. This position plays a key role in bringing real estate professionals into our successful organization. This individual will be the Air Traffic Controller of recruit real estate professionals both new and experienced as well as Clients and Customers. The position requires a real “sales” pro with exceptional, proven telephone prospecting skills, impeccable follow-up, maintain database and great customer service. Real Estate License will be in our Referral Portal whereas significant income can be achieved by utilizing database for referrals

- This position is often the first impression prospective agents have with our company so personality, communication skills, and attention to detail are critical skills
- Ability to articulate the company’s value and model
- Excellent computer skills including experience with a CRM system or database to build and maintain pipeline
- Ability to prioritize and work independently supporting a team
- Excellent written communication skills
- Real estate experience license preferred o To be considered an applicant for this position you must show how you meet the basic qualifications of the job in a resume or document you upload.
- Prospect for licensed real estate agents on a daily basis from various lead sources
- Support all phases of company's growth initiative
- Utilize Office marketing and operations applications to support agents
- Sign up agents
- Answers and directs calls, while maintaining a neat, clean and fully stocked office. Special attention should be placed on front lobby and front desk counter ensuring that it is always presentable.
- Commitment to the KW experience ensuring that all associates and guests are feel welcome and comfortable.
- Ensures daily distribution of mail, answers voicemail and admin email.
- Promoting events, settlement photos, and general air traffic control for events and settlements

- Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set
- Gather competitive intelligence on competing companies to better understand the industry.
- Schedule and conduct potential agent/office recruitment appointments and maintain recruiting records as needed.
- Track all contact with the tools provided and report progress to management.
