Responsibilities:
- Consult with and guide our clients through the entire home buying process
- Contact and follow up with prospective home buyers via phone and email to generate qualified leads and build a consistent sales pipeline
- Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market that meets their needs and budget
- Act as the intermediary in negotiations between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
- Schedule showings, show homes, attend inspections, and conduct open houses to meet potential buyers
- Assist Team Leader with showings, inspections and open houses
- Prepare contract documents such as purchase agreements, contingencies, addenda, and leases
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Active Real Estate License (or pursuing license)
- Flexible schedule - able to schedule showings and open houses on weekends and evenings, sometimes with short notice
- Ability to build rapport quickly and connect with clients over the phone and in person
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
