Inside Sales Agent with Leads provided- in-office or remote work
We are currently hiring for an ambitious Inside Sales Agent in the Real Estate industry to set high qualified appointments for a fast-paced real estate office. This person will be a key player on our sales team with a desire to provide services that are proven to change lives. We have the training, technology, and leads to help you succeed! We are a leader in the Real Estate industry and we truly aspire to be the turning point in the lives of clients. And you can work remotely or work from home or from the office! We have the room for you!
We will challenge you to acquire more knowledge and gain expertise in real estate and grow within our team. You will be part of something that matters and most of all you will have fun. You will work alongside our agents to find homeowners looking to sell and or buy. We provide you with all the tools to be super successful from calling tools to lists to warm and hot Leads!
We are a top residential real estate team in the state of Illinois. On track to close 100+ transactions in 2021 and are looking for exceptional individuals to join in our growth! We will provide you with leads but you are to also to prospect for new business using our methods
You must have exceptional phone skills and a passion for phone-based sales, enjoy making 100+ calls a day, and be the type of person who gets excited every time you set an appointment and uses rejection as a motivator to find greater success. You will be the main point of contact on all incoming leads and will be in charge of keeping the calendar full! You have a fire in your belly and you don't give up.
Compensation:$50,000 - $70,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities:- Follow-up on all calls and leads daily
- Keep consent contact with current customers
- Set and schedule appointments
- Maintain and update the contact database
- Maintain spreadsheets and Google Docs
- Contact clients to set up appointments
- Lead generation activities
- An understanding of the value of communication
- Self-confidence
- Self-motivated
- Have the ability to persuade and guide clients to their own conclusion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be comfortable talking with clients via telephone and e-mail
- Works efficiently and uses time management skills
- Able to meet deadlines and prioritize daily tasks
