Handle property management, leasing, internal sales, acquisitions and operations for impact investing program to buy, lease and sell church buildings to worthy organizations looking to further their respective missions. Initially a part-time position, but as the Program grows this could possibly turn into a full-time position with more growth and equity participation. Candidate must have experience with churches and leasing space to/with churches. Ideal candidate has held positions of leadership in church organizations and also has a strong real estate background. Experience with commercial leases, underwriting credit-worthiness of commercial tenants, commercial sales and acquisitions are a plus. Position requires occasional car travel to portfolio assets initially in NC, SC and GA. You must be located in NC, SC or GA for this position.
