Salary + Commission candidates are encouraged to pursue our new quick-launch program. This new program for 2023 is designed to accelerate the licensing progress and launch new agent careers more quickly. We will help you quickly obtain your license through an education partner. Once licensed, Welcome Home’s intensive training program and coaching will get you in the field as a real estate professional in a few weeks. In addition to course reimbursement, agents in this program may qualify for our exclusive Salary + Commission Program. Welcome Home provides the support agents need to launch a successful career and maximize earnings.
Salary + Commission applicants must complete the state-required coursework to obtain a real estate license. Through our education partner, they will complete the courses in two short weeks. Applicants will be reimbursed the cost of education upon affiliation. Licensed Agents in this program will receive the best and most intensive education in real estate. Our veteran trainer is a full-time dedicated manager for our new agents, providing unparalleled support.

Compensation:$65,000 - $85,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Prospect for new clients to promote new business
- Create and manage client database
- Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Great communication and social skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Real Estate License
- Be located in Lancaster County, PA
