React Developer (React, Es6 Javascript, Tailwind)

We’re on the hunt to find an onsiteReact Developer for Network Progression, a dynamic and innovative medical case management company that utilizes a custom in house web platform that is dedicated to revolutionizing the personal injury industry. We specialize in developing intuitive, user-friendly software solutions that help law firms streamline and optimize their client management processes. We understand the unique challenges and demands faced by law firms and are committed to providing the highest level of customer service and support. Our platform offers a range of features designed to help firms manage client communication, track documents, deadlines, and more – all in one convenient place.

We’re using the latest technologies including React, ES6 JavaScript, Tailwind, and a clean component-based approach to deliver reusable, innovative, and responsive experiences. If you're looking to grow with us, we'd like to hear from you! Compensation will be based on experience and skill level.

The position is in-office, Monday through Friday, with the potential for a hybrid schedule after fully onboarding.

As our Backend Developer, you'll focus on these areas:

• Develop new user-facing features and reusable components using React.js
• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Develop and implement test plans
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Deliver tested, high quality code that meets and exceeds company standards

Requirements

• Be located in the metro Atlanta area. This position is in-office, Monday through Friday, with the potential for a hybrid schedule after fully onboarding.
• Proven experience developing and deploying production level React applications
• Experience with git and version control (Github, vim, CLI)
• Proficient understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and Markup language best practices
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, JSX, DOM, and data structures.
• Experience working in design tools such as Figma, XD, Sketch, etc
• Strong understanding of web design and UI/UX requirements
• Knowledge of user authorization and authentication for Front-End Applications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Web performance and accessibility knowledge or experience a plus
