SalaryResponsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of ranch operations, including maintenance, animal care, and crop production - Manage and supervise ranch staff, providing guidance and training as needed - Plan and implement strategies for growing and maintaining a productive garden and greenhouse - Coordinate and schedule equipment repair and maintenance to ensure proper functioning of farm machinery - Ensure the health and well-being of all animals on the ranch, including equine care and animal handling - Monitor and manage irrigation systems to maintain optimal crop growth - Implement sustainable farming practices to promote environmental stewardship Requirements: - Previous experience in ranch management or a related field - Strong knowledge of farm equipment operation, maintenance, and repair - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks - Proficiency in animal handling techniques, particularly with equine care - Familiarity with greenhouse operations and crop production - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
