POSITION SUMMARY:The Service Attendant is responsible for maintaining Quick Service Restaurants communal guest seating areas and the cleanliness of all stations.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, garbage disposal, pushing chairs and tables, discard trash from tables as necessary Replenish products as needed Support QSR stations with disposable needs Duties performs at all communal area, including but not limit to: QSR countertops, guest seating, dining area and stations on both 1st and 2nd floor and outdoor seating when applicable Maintain the cleanliness of communal spaces for guest to enjoy Assist the team with dish cleaning when necessary Performs other duties as required or assignedKNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: A minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service Excellent verbal communication skills Must be able to work independently Must be able to take instructions from management team, including but not limited to: QSR team Ability to remain organized in a fast paced, hands on environment Must have open availability to potentially work weekends, early morning shifts, evening shifts, and holidays. Must be passionate, entrepreneurial, and dedicated to successREQUIREMENTS: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays, as required Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10 - 30 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds on a regular (or occasional basis). Ability to stand for prolong periods of timeThe base pay range for this position is a range of $17-$20 per hour.
