Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Creative Associate to join our retail shop and wellness center. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with the CEO to bring our brand's vision to life through creative and eye-catching graphics, content, and design elements both in-store and online. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the visual aesthetics of the store are up to date and reflective of our brand's ethos. Your creative talents will be essential in promoting our products and services, enhancing our e-commerce presence, and engaging with our customers through various media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO to create and execute design concepts for in-store signage, floor decor, and window displays to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Design and produce graphic materials for marketing campaigns, promotional events, and social media platforms, including infographics, banners, and posts.
- Help to maintain and update the appearance of the retail store, ensuring that it remains clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
- Update the e-commerce website with seasonal changes, holiday promotions, and new product launches, aligning with marketing strategies to drive sales.
- Work on editing and creating compelling video content for various uses, from product showcases to event highlights.
- Manage the dissemination of content on social media channels, ensuring that all information is accurate, timely, and aligns with our brand voice and standards.
- Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and contributing ideas for how to improve engagement and reach.
Qualifications:
-Knowledgeable in graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- A foundational understanding of e-commerce platforms and social media marketing.
- Basic knowledge and a keen interest in video editing.
- Strong creative abilities with an eye for design, color, and typography.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
