- Perform daily audits in accordance with SOPS
- Perform samples selection, taking random samples of publications from machine or table and examine the product for a variety of possible defects.
- Perform visual inspection of printed materials for defects, such as loose, torn, or wrinkled pages, missing staples, incorrect bindings, printing defects, etc.
- Provide audit documentation.
- Follow inspection checklist and record any identified defects.
- Prepare reports and provide notification to manufacturing management of know or found defects.
- Crosscheck production paperwork, hand pick and pack product.
- Communicate information to others in a professional manner.
- Perform activities to process defective materials according to procedures.
- Maintain a clean work environment in keeping with 5S standards.
- Other duties as needed.

* Must have basic computer skills and be able to navigate via a PC through RRD production systems
* Must be flexible to work overtime and some weekends

Required Experience
Prior Quality experience in a mail services environment preferred
* Checks and statement experience a plus
The rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $16.00 / hour. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime and shift differential.
