Address Piper Health and Sciences is actively seeking a QA Manager to work for a large global pharmaceutical company in the greater Philadelphia PA area.
Responsibilities for Quality Assurance (QA) Manager:
• Oversee team of quality assurance specialists including interviewing, hiring, performance evaluations, and time off requests
• Ensure regulatory compliance for clinical and commercial manufacturing including managing audit readiness program and overseeing document control systems
• Oversee deviations, investigations, root cause analysis, change controls, product complaints, and CAPAs
• Manage document control systems, quality management systems, and process improvement projects
Technical Requirements for Quality Assurance (QA) Manager:
• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemical engineering, biochemistry, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology GMP regulated environment
• At least 3 years of experience with managing quality systems and document control systems
• Excellent organizational skills and proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits for Quality Assurance (QA) Manager:
• Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 based on previous salary history and experience
