This role requires availability for both 1st and 3rd shift. There may be a need for some additional hours beyond your scheduled shift.
The hiring manager is open to considering candidates who have recently graduated with degrees in Technology or Engineering. This position is located on the shop floor, so it's important that candidates feel comfortable in this type of environment. The ideal candidate for this role would be a self-starter who is eager to learn.
**Job Summary:**
You'll be fully immersed in the engineering culture and responsible for completing quality engineering tasks that are limited in scope and complexity. Your work will be reviewed by others, and you'll use quality planning tools and analysis to create quality plans for new products as part of the product delivery, order fulfillment, or customer support processes. You'll also identify and perform activities to minimize risk, investigate quality-related issues, and recommend changes to control plans and/or prints. Additionally, you'll gather and analyze data related to quality tools and perform quality audits, including supporting ISO audits. Other duties include inputting and maintaining information in factory databases and systems, monitoring the quality plan tracking system, and assisting in reviews and investigations of warranty claim information.

- Manufacturing environments
- Quality inspection
