The QA / Business Analyst acts as the intermediary between the project initiator and the developers to lead the requirements gathering, analysis, functional design, and QA testing for the requested system enhancements to the custom applications used by the booksellers and associates in our Barnes & Noble, Inc and Paper Source stores. The QA / Business Analyst works collaboratively with the technical and operational teams to find the optimal solution within the required time and resource constraints.
An employee in this position can expect an annual starting rate between $70,000 and $90,000, depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law.
