Job Description
- Convert sales quotes to POs/Prepare quotes
- Communicate with vendors for product information/order statuses
- Provided specialized pricing to sales reps
- Order materials for projects/confirm pricing and approve invoices
- Order service parts
- Update projects (experience with i360 preferred)
- Input order numbers, product numbers, etc. into software
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Adobe
- Strong attention to detail required
- Experience with ordering
- Work well in fast paced environment
- Experience in the window and door industry strongly preferred; knowledge of products in industry
