Job Description
- Update Work Orders and Purchase Orders as needed.
- Maintain historical records of documents.
- Update reports as required.
- Maintain building/material specifications.
- Respond to vendor inquiries - research and correct discrepancies.
- Coordinate with accounting on managing and processing invoices.
- Assist with other projects as assigned.
- High school diploma required.
- Possess a strong work ethic and a mission driven mindset.
- Customer Service oriented with effective communication skills, both written and oral - Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner.
- Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail skills, professional attitude, reliable, and self-starter.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Possess strong organizational, time management, and data entry skills.
- Possess excellent reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division quickly and accurately.
- Purchasing background not a requirement but valued.
