Punch List Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Punch List Worker to join our team. As a Punch List Worker, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on construction projects, ensuring that all details are addressed and any necessary repairs or adjustments are made. This is a crucial role in ensuring the quality and completion of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect apartment units for deficiencies
- Complete Punch List items, including but not limited to:
- Fixture installation and adjustments
- Carpentry repairs or adjustments
- Finish trim installation
- Flooring and baseboard installation or repairs
- Hang missing doors and install hardware where required
- Drywall and paint touchups
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Punch List Worker or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge and skills in various trades, and broad understanding of construction finishes.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and address deficiencies in construction projects
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete Punch List tasks within deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find creative solutions to construction issues
