Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC.  We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health, psychiatric, and psychological testing services in Florida through in-person visits and virtually through our secure online telehealth, telepsychiatry platform.  We are continually growing our staff and client base at our current locations and developing new locations throughout Florida.

Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above.

Our approach is to develop trust and confidence with our clients and treat each patient/client with compassion and respect.  We strive to provide the best treatment possible through individualized care for patient/client’s specific needs.

Qualifications

• ​​​​​​​  Doctorate (M.D. or D.O.)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Have an active Florida medical license or be in the process of obtaining it
• New Graduates are welcome to apply

General Responsibilities: 

• Assess your patient/client’s overall psychological and emotional well-being, prescribe medication; counsel patients, using a variety of methods to evaluate a patient, such as interviewing the patient, their family, or other persons. Monitor the effects of any medication and adjust treatment where necessary.
• Develop a treatment plan according to the needs of the patient and the extent of the emotional, social, cognitive, developmental, or behavioral disorder.
• Option available to serve as Collaborating Psychiatrist for APRNs with additional Compensation.

Compensation Package

• Patient care paid up to $300 / hour, may include a blend of New and Follow-up patients; In-office and/or telehealth based on fully scheduled and completed patient care hours - averaging $270 per hour.
• Collaborating Physician Option available for additional compensation.
• Company Provided Malpractice Insurance

Work Availability

• Office Hours (7:30 – 6:30) available Monday through Thursday
• Weekend hours Friday, Saturday, and Sunday available for Telehealth
• Work at Least 12 hours per week if you choose to provide patient care.

• Flexible Scheduling - In-office and Telehealth OR Telehealth
•  Collaborating Physician Option for additional compensation – flexible requirement.
