LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Provider Enrollment Representative for a remote contract opportunity with a well-established healthcare network in the Indianapolis, IN area!
Responsibilities
- Work in multiple systems to pull list of providers needing to enroll.
- Ensure that providers have the correct licenses and requirements in order to submit applications.
- Verify provider information daily.
- Initiate, process, and complete applications for enrollments of hospital billing providers with both government and contracted commercial payors.
- Utilize problem solving skills to identify issues in the applications.
- Assist in the full range of Provider Enrollment interaction (includes all actions involved in the process of enrolling with a range of payors (Anthem, Medicare, Medicaid, etc).
- Respond to enrollment research inquiries, and minimize potential revenue delays or losses.
- Monitor defined reports and coordinate with applicable departments to ensure accounts receivable is properly stated.
- Previous provider enrollment experience preferred.
- Previous experience in billing, credentialing, or insurance and payor structures preferred.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel required.
- Ability to work on multiple screens and multitask required.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
Requirements
Pay: $17/hr
Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM M-F
Job Type: Remote-focused but MUST be a resident of Indiana. May require occasional reporting to the office. This is a contract estimated to go for about 6 months with the possibility of extension/conversion.
