Provider Enrollment Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Provider Enrollment Representative for a remote contract opportunity with a well-established healthcare network in the Indianapolis, IN area! 

Responsibilities

• Work in multiple systems to pull list of providers needing to enroll.
• Ensure that providers have the correct licenses and requirements in order to submit applications. 
• Verify provider information daily. 
• Initiate, process, and complete applications for enrollments of hospital billing providers with both government and contracted commercial payors. 
• Utilize problem solving skills to identify issues in the applications. 
• Assist in the full range of Provider Enrollment interaction (includes all actions involved in the process of enrolling with a range of payors (Anthem, Medicare, Medicaid, etc).
• Respond to enrollment research inquiries, and minimize potential revenue delays or losses.
• Monitor defined reports and coordinate with applicable departments to ensure accounts receivable is properly stated.

 

Requirements

• Previous provider enrollment experience preferred. 
• Previous experience in billing, credentialing, or insurance and payor structures preferred. 
• Strong attention to detail required. 
• Experience with Microsoft Excel required. 
• Ability to work on multiple screens and multitask required. 
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.

 

Pay: $17/hr

 

Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM M-F

 

Job Type: Remote-focused but MUST be a resident of Indiana. May require occasional reporting to the office. This is a contract estimated to go for about 6 months with the possibility of extension/conversion.
