Provider Compensation Consultant (Remote)

Description

Providence is calling a Provider Compensation Consultant who will:

• Be responsible for the development and analysis of provider compensation plans in support of assigned business unit.
• Function as a strategic partner with executive leadership teams, leading compensation design and implementing new programs and best practices
• Provide input on and implement policies, procedures and processes on a system-wide basis and provide consultative services, communication and training regarding new and existing compensation programs and issues
• Perform all duties in a manner that promotes team concepts and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy

We welcome 100% remote work for residents of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, California and Texas.

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related area of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• 2 years demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: provider compensation design, finance, physician practice management and/or project and change management
• Experience with a variety of forecasting and modeling techniques

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Experience as a strategic partner/consultant
