We are continuing to grow and are looking for a Property Manager for the Orlando, FL area!

A FLORIDA REAL ESTATE LICENSE IS REQUIRED!

Fully Remote!

Duties of the Licensed Property Manager include, but are not limited to the following:

• The Property Manager daily activities to include rental collections, lease agreements, evictions, and overall property management operations and Leasing Agents
• The Property Manager provides necessary training and support to property managers and leasing agents to ensure their jobs are done efficiently and effectively
• The Property Manager Generates weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for Corporate Office
• Tour properties on a weekly basis
• And other duties as assigned.

THE PROPERTY MANAGER MUST HOLD AN ACTIVE FLORIDA REAL ESTATE LICENSE!

• The Property Manager must be local to Orland, FL and be familiar with surrounding areas.
• Six-eight years of experience as a Portfolio Manager, Property Manager, or Regional Manager within the Residential Property Management industry
• A four-year BS degree in business administration, real estate management, accounting, or finance
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced knowledge of Property Management Software and Accounting Software
• The Regional Property Manager must have the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with all levels of employees and customers
• Advanced knowledge of Fair Housing Guidelines, or any other public agency guidelines
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to accept a variety of tasks associated with this position
• The Regional Property Manager must have the ability to manage time and multiple projects efficiently and achieve the required results
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work and communicate effectively with others
• Must be a self-starter and able to work well with minimal supervision
• Ability to work overtime including some weekends
• MPM, RMP, or CPM certification is a plus
• Ability to pass a criminal and/or credit background check
• You must supply your own dedicated home office workspace and have high-speed internet.
