Property Beautification Attendant Job Description

Multi-Family Residential Communities

 

The Position:

The full-time Property Beautification Attendant plays a crucial role in supporting the Property Manager and Maintenance team to uphold the quality and timeliness standards of the property's common areas. Responsibilities involve performing various light cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized property. These tasks encompass sweeping/blowing breezeways, pool decking, and exterior stairs, as well as cleaning and replenishing supplies in common area bathrooms, the pool house, and fitness room. Additional duties include cleaning waste cans in the pet park, ensuring pet waste bags are stocked, maintaining a debris-free picnic area, and handling move-out cleanings and weekly unit touch-ups (Sparkles). Special projects such as pressure washing, and landscape maintenance may also be assigned. The ultimate goal is to provide exceptional service, contributing to a positive living experience for tenants.

Your Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Regularly empty trash from common areas, including the pet park, pool bathrooms, fitness room, and picnic area.

- Conduct daily perimeter walks to identify and report debris or safety concerns to the Maintenance Manager.

- Assist the Maintenance Manager with move-in/move-out cleaning or touch-ups.

- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags in applicable common areas.

- Keep breezeways, parking lots, walkways, and the pool deck clean, tidy, and free of debris.

- Front door cleaning, common area window washing.

Other Functions:

The Houseperson/Common Area/Grounds Attendant may also:

- Perform additional duties as required to ensure the property's smooth operation.

- Clear debris from breezeways, walkways, sidewalks, parking lots, and swimming pool areas.

- Conduct weed or ant hill spraying as necessary.

- Engage in carpet cleaning.

- Handle pressure washing tasks.

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

Competencies and Skills: This position requires at least one year of experience in a customer-interfacing role, preferably in a multi-living community setting.

Education and Experience:

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The Property Beautification Attendant works in the multi living community. This position requires the regular use of cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment that may produce strong odors. This position requires work outdoors as well as indoors.
