Job Details

We are in search of a well qualified Property Accountant to join our property management and project management team with our daily accounting needs.

• Good understanding of GAAP reporting
• Monthly Journal Entries, GL review
• Dealing with accruals for expense and other capital items
• posting entries for depreciation and amortization
• Reviewing billing information and lease languages
• Account reconciliations
• Review rents collected, monitor Accounts Receivable ledgers
• Create lease commission invoices
• Rent Roll/Stacking plan review

DO YOU HAVE:
3+ years of Property Accounting experience? Preferably within Commercial real estate or Residential properties?
Good GL experience?
Accrual accounting experience?
Experienced with real estate/construction accounting software such as Yardi or MRI?
Do you have a degree in accounting or emphasis in accounting?
