JOB DESCRIPTIONSkiltrek is looking for a Project Scheduling Coordinator to sit within a 5-hour radius of Richmond, VA. The candidate will be allowed to sit remotely but will travel 3 days/month to an office in Richmond, VA. They will be responsible for tracking new projects as they come in and any existing project changes, and notifying the client as needed. You will work closely with the client to ensure schedule dates are adjusted accordingly. They will track a variety of project schedules to understand what stage the project is in, ensure the timeline is accurate, and make any changes to the schedule if needed. Additionally, they will compile all project timeline/schedule information and meet with the client and/or project manager to present their findings.REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE- B.S. or relevant years of experience if no degree (5+)
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or scheduling.
- Experience/understanding of utility projects and the various phases of the projects.NICE TO HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE- B.S.
- Experience working in Primavera P6.
