Role: Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration : 12+ months Contract

Job Description:

• Experience in International Banking, Core Banking Implantation, Liquidity Management and International Payments (SWIFT, ISO20022, ACH)
• Application subject matter expertise in critical Oracle applications like Oracle Flexcube UBS, OBPM, OBLM, OBVAM & OBIEE
• Experience of working in an Agile Scrum & KANBAN Environment
• Lead Projects, teams and serve as a peer mentor for core banking implementation
• Identify backlog items & prioritization, development, testing and automation
• Participate and review requirement in all phases of the project- BRD, FSD, User Stories and take stakeholder sign-off from client
• Actively collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements especially in terms of testability consistency and completeness
• Participate proactively in standup meetings, scrum ceremonies, grooming sessions, team retrospectives and suggest improvements
• Articulate and facilitate conversations with business owners and delivery teams
• Detailed understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Test Automation and deployments
• Document and prioritize team defects and work with the defect team to resolve issues
• Desire to work closely within an agile development team and also collaborate regularly with other team members for issue resolution
• Status reporting, Project Risk Issue Management, Business stakeholder reviews approvals of deliverables
