Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Details
Responsibilities / Requirements:
- 1+ years experience within Project Management (Development); public housing or multi-family experience preferred!
- Work alongside engineers (structural and mechanical), architects and developers during pre-development stage of projects to ensure proper coordination between all parties is being met
- Maintain daily contact with executive project manager and schedule any necessary project meetings and keep detailed records of such
- High level communication skills
- Team oriented
- Able to operate/multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in multiple construction administration software
- Proficient in scheduling software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of RAD is a plus
