Collins Aerospace is seeking a Project Manager to support the Airbus A220 and Embraer E190-E2 Program Management Office. You will serve as the face of the organization to internal and external customers. You will be accountable for cost, schedule and operational performance of product groups and large projects. You will lead a cross functional team to implement initiatives that target producibility, quality, cost and in service reliability. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills; work well in a team environment; and work well leading a team.
- Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of the Program Manager with limited oversight
- Lead a cross functional team to meet program objectives, including non-recurring and recurring cost targets and quality and delivery performance
- Plan and drive execution of multi-disciplinary projects, including implementation of configuration changes and rate readiness actions
- Proactively manage risks and opportunities; develop and drive mitigating strategies
- Collaborate with a variety of functional areas inside and outside the organization to deliver program results
- Drive continuous improvement activity to improve processes and eliminate waste
- Solve complex problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Communicate and make presentations to internal & external leadership
- Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally (when circumstances permit)
Basic Qualifications
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Cross functional leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in MS Office products (ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder
Preferred Qualifications
- Product life cycle management experience
- Continuous Improvement experience - Lean, Six Sigma, ACE, CORE or equivalent
- Aerospace Industry with nacelle components experience
- PM certification
- ERP experience

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
