POSITION SUMMARY

WUGONA provides support to all North American Würth Group companies in various fields ranging from finance, treasury, tax, law to human resources and talent management. WUGONA’s Shared HR Group Service department, is the North American branch of the in-house corporate function for training, talent and organizational management. The Project Coordinator provides support on various group initiatives, from talent management tools to group processes and agreements. Furthermore, the Project Coordinator supports the Director of the Department in consulting the North American subsidiaries in their talent and organizational development processes, according to the Shared HR Group Services offer portfolio. As part of ensuring compliance of the North American region with the policy and procedures from the German headquarters of the Würth Group, the Project Coordinator collaborates with domestic and international colleagues frequently. The role is newly created and will offer career advancement opportunities. The role reports directly to the Director of Shared HR Group Services at WUGONA.
The salary range for this position is $60'000 - 66'000.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares, coordinates, initiates and follows-up on various projects and processes in North American group companies
- Responsible for needs analysis and surveys, as well as the development of action plans for various operating companies
- Assists the Director of Shared HR Group Services in major projects and in the compliance duties of aligning regional HR approaches to Group HR approaches
- Prepares presentations, analysis, and executive summaries
- Plans, coordinates and administrates in-person meetings, as well as virtual meetings with company representatives, executives and HR personnel
- Assists and supports the Director of the department in Global Mobility Topics, HR IT topics, as well as Succession Planning initiatives
- Drafts, designs, and executes communication to various stakeholders within the organization
- Creates monitoring strategies and KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of talent and organizational development measures
- Supports the implementation of a centralized North American Campus Recruiting strategy, with the option of becoming the project manager of this initiative
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- B.Sc./B.A. Degree in Business, Behavioral Sciences, Communication/PR or equivalent related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in coordinating projects (professional or academic)
- Project Coordination/Executive Assistance/Program Administrator experience preferred

- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at the same time
- Comfortable with dealing with different levels of seniority in communication interaction
- Must be a self-starter and comfortable with working in a dynamic environment
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word
- Great Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and with written communications.
- Possess a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Fluency in German, French or Spanish, a plus
- Travel estimated at 10-20%, primarily domestic with occasional international (Germany/Switzerland)
