Summary: Works closely with project controls team under limited supervision while supporting field team(s) with administrative support and maintenance of accounting systems.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent; college coursework highly preferred
- Minimum five years clerical and/or administrative experience, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry
- Intermediate level knowledge with Microsoft Office, specifically excel
- Experience with Microsoft D365 platform highly preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent proofreading skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to be flexible while participating and working in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support accounting system's purchase order module; interface with Accounting
- Assist with company efforts to migrate data to new Accounting platform
- Perform project set-up and enter project modifications into the Accounting system
- Create and manage Purchase Order Requests through client processes
- Prepare invoices for payment
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and trackers
- Assist with administrative duties
- Perform other duties as required and assigned

Interacts with project team members, supervisor, project managers, corporate staff, clients, and vendors via email, phone, and in person.
