Sigma.Inc is looking for Project Coordinator to work onsite with our team located in Marlborough, MA.
This is with Commonwealth of MA and Dept of Public Health. Will be required to work onsite at 67 Forest St..
Description:
High Level admin/coordinator to work for the Health Care Facilities Licensure group within the Dept of Public Health.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Tracking, processing, checking suitability and reporting on submitted licensure facility application data.
• Communicates with submitters, both verbally and in writing as needed, regarding incomplete and/or required information.
• Data entry into Licensure Unit databases, preparation of written reports, compile data metrics, assist with data quality checks, create spreadsheets.
• Participate in work group triage sessions, coordinate with surveyors, supervisors, managers and other internal staff.
• Provide insight and recommendations on work flow and identify issues of note.
