Program/Project Manager

Location: Moorestown, NJ

Clearance: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Perform as a team lead to direct, coordinate, and assess risks in test programs for new and maintenance AEGIS baselines
• Participate in Cross Product Teams (CPTs) to prepare effective test programs under time and resource constraints
• Review test program documents for accuracy, applicability and requirement content
• Develop technical and functional briefs for the Customer supporting major events detailing status and readiness to complete test program
• Evaluate verification and validation approaches used to test ACS capabilities
• Coordinate approaches and methods used to collect data and perform detailed analysis
• Develop detailed test reports based on collected data and evaluate performance of the ACS
• Assess defects based on test execution and verify closure of issues
• Participate in meetings and discuss test program objectives and resource needs with the Customer and Developer
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert in mission and technical areas supported by past experience
• Provide oversight of contractor support to the test program from early scope determination through deployment of tested and accepted ACS
• Participate in the disclosures and review of AEGIS system design for Major Milestone Reviews (IPR, SDR, PDR and CDR) and Agile development Engineering Technical Reviews
• Review Developer documentation supporting system level testing
• Execute detailed and rigorous testing at the system level test and evaluate ACS baselines/platforms independently and in interoperable multi-site environments
• Assemble from multiple sources data used to deliver formal test results and detailed defect reports
• Provide metrics and assessment of system performance to the Customer for use in acceptance decisions

Qualifications

• Degree or Advanced degree in Scientific, Technical, Engineering or Mathematics disciplines
• PMP certification preferred
• Systems/Software/Testing Engineer experience
• AEGIS experience and/or knowledge
