We're hiring a Program Manufacturing Leader for AFO CVI. Our Clean Mobility Division is looking for a Program Manufacturing Leader (PML) for AFO CVI at our technical center in Columbus, IN. As a member of the Program Core Team, the PML is responsible for all the manufacturing aspects of the Program.

His/Her mission lasts from the Acquisition phase until SOP + 6 months. You'll work on challenges that matter This job will require you to: Team Management Coordinate with extended core team(s) to complete PML work packages as defined or required for each Helios work package Coordinate and/or support the program launch with the plant team(s) involved in the program Coordinate activities and task fulfilment of the Program Manufacturing requirements: PPIC Team (Tooling & Equipment) DFM&A Team (Design for Manufacturing) Plant Launch Team leaders (if only 1 plant, PML cumulates this role) Pilot Plant (for ISPG) PC&L (Supply Chain) Engineer Program Logistics Support functions if necessary (PSE, QSE, HSE). Act as the manufacturing interface between the Program Core team and the plant(s) In agreement with the Program Manager, technical interface with the customer and the suppliers Create and manage program & personal PDCA activities as defined Product Interface (Manufacturability) Coordinate and/or complete manufacturing engineering Helios work package tasks as defined by program and phase Ensure design to manufacturing through concurrent engineering activities with product engineers PPIC Team (Tooling & Equipment) DFM&A Team (Design for Manufacturing) Ensure manufacturing feasibility Manage the Prototype Build and Delivery and Analysis if applicable Implement all changes related to production system and/or related to the product (as of Engineering Change Management) Production System Development Create & maintain all manufacturing deliverables through program kick-off through launch Study, develop in detail, validate, release, and set-up the complete Production System of the program: equipment and tool interfaces, layout, process flow charts, material and information flow diagram in accordance with the Group standards and program objectives Ensure the achievement of Process, Equipment, and Facility FMEA.

Manage all generic & standardization compliance requirements for product & process Production Launch Create, collect, and manage program Lessons Learned for process Manage all T&E run-off and startup events at suppliers and/or internal Support plant launch team for Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), including production trials (PT), Mass Production Trial(s) (MPT), and Extended Mass Production Trial(s) (EMPT) Support the Production Ramp-up 6 months after SOP or as required Targets and Reporting During the acquisition phase, propose the industrial objectives of the program (cycle times, flexibility) Achieve all manufacturing program objectives (Quality, Costs, Delivery, Performance) such as Process and Machine Capabilities, MPM, PPM and Scrap rate, CAPEX, Amortized costs, Added value, Logistics costs, or Gross Margin Report on a monthly basis the progress of his activity (3PR level 2) Report all manufacturing risk analysis and their associated action plans and opportunities Apply Program Management System and Engineering Change Management and Faurecia tools and standards Ensure that manufacturing milestones are passed successfully and on time The ideal candidate To succeed in this position, you will ideally have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering 5-10 years of experience in production area, including one position in Manufacturing Engineering Training in Faurecia Excellence System and Program Management System, experience in Program launch with a plant Proven technical skills in product and process Ability to manage functional plant Manufacturing Engineering network Familiarity with Program finance issues (costing, P&L, investments) We believe people matter.
