The Program Manager (PM), Regulatory Deposit Services & Reporting (RDSR) works to optimize efficiencies within First Tech and RDSR, including but not limited to, escheatment, tax forms, garnishments, Individual Retirement Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Educational Savings Accounts, and file maintenance. Specifically, the Program Manager role will facilitate the design and implementation of process improvements to accelerate long-term success and growth related to projects, ongoing analytical analysis, reporting and core system relationship management.

Job Duties:
- Management of systems and business relationships for the RDSR organizations and First Tech as a whole, including but not limited to, Pega, DNA/Fiserv & Tableau
- Assess the effectiveness of RDSR operational programs to recommend process improvements, addresses inefficiencies, and work collaboratively with leaders to optimize processes
- Act as expert liaison between credit union business subject matter experts, vendor support representatives to facilitate tickets, cases, expectations, escalations, service level agreements performance and agreed upon timelines
- Lead ongoing divisional initiatives supporting departmental and company objectives for quality growth, soundness, and improving the operational risk
- Perform project management including requirements gathering, scope definition, project plan design, stakeholder collaboration, communication, and final project implementation
- Provide cross-functional and divisional support to ensure operational readiness through conducting process mapping to uncover inefficiencies, writing, and updating procedures and facilitating upgrades and user acceptance testing
- Work closely with RDSR leadership and RDSR team to test controls to ensure programs and processors are meeting expectations and deliverables including but not limited to SLA’s, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Essential Skills:
- Three years of experience in financial services or comparable experience in other fields of like complexity
- Experience in program or project management is preferred
- Vendor management experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of the project management principles
- Broad knowledge of Lean Practitioner or Six Sigma
- Ability to anticipate needs and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high-volume peaks while producing high-quality work
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or other related fields of study) or equivalent education and work experience required
- Certification/License: Certification/License: Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), Six Sigma/LEAN, Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert (CUERME) preferred.
Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124 (HYBRID)
Target Compensation: $64,000 to $70,000 annually + annual bonus
