MW Partners is currently seeking a Program Manager - Post Sales Effectiveness to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
As a Program Manager - Post Sales Effectiveness, you will develop and execute key product and program strategies to ensure global alignment. You will routinely engage with our business unit, sales leaders, and sales reps around the world. You are a go-getter who is passionate about finding creative, scalable solutions to respond to challenges, gaps, or changes
Responsibilities and duties:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive vision for post sales excellence and seller call to action optimization for our small and medium business market segments
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scaled enablement, frameworks, programs, and tools to build post sales excellence around the globe
- Build and design scaled programs and processes, especially that leverage new technologies that build capacity through automation
- Act as a key partner and contributor in developing post sales strategy (what products do we need to ship in the form of people, processes, and/or technology?)
- Partner with operations and business intelligence teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.

- Strong leadership skills – proven ability to establish relationships and lead discussions with various partners and executives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster partnership and consensus.

- Ability to prioritize, project manage, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with complex project management experience a bonus.
- Experience working with a global and diverse team across a complex, matrixed environment.
- Experience participating in system design discussions with engineering teams is a huge plus.
- Experience interacting with engineering teams developing Sales/Post Sales strategy solutions using cloud applications like Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics and Gainsight is a plus.
