Program Manager

DZYNE has an immediate need for a talented Program Manager for our R&D program who will join our industry-leading team at our location Foothill Ranch, CA. We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee the execution of anticipated contracts that supports one of DZYNE’s innovative unmanned vehicle products. 

This position requires experience in executing complex operations contracts. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing programs from inception to completion. This position requires a person that can develop, baseline, and update an integrated master plan. The successful candidate MUST have a strong background with experience running field operations programs of UAS programs in the Aerospace and Defense industry. Specific demonstrated experience in leading successful rapid product deployment is required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead internal meetings and assign tasks across cross-functional teams will be key in this role.
• Lead communications with the customer including customer meetings and managing personnel and other resources to complete program requirements is a must.
• Report hardware and services delivery status internally and to the customer.
• Coordinate project tasks with internal team members.
• Ensure high personnel performance at the customer site 

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree is preferred
• 10 + years of experience that includes government program management
• Previous manned and/or unmanned aviation experience in the US Military
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety policies and procedures
• Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active SECRET Clearance is a must
• 10 + years of experience that includes government program management
• Employment is contingent upon meeting background and drug tests
• Experience in manned and/or unmanned aviation
• Program Management Professional qualifications are a plus

Salary $125K - $150K

The salary range is commensurate with experience.
