The Solid State Radar Product Line leadership team is seeking a leader to serve as the Common Product Program Manager (PM) responsible for leading execution of the Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) Product for the Solid State Radar product line.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
The selected individual will have overall responsibility of the AESA Common Product Team (CPT) including cost, schedule, and technical execution, resource planning, and coordination across Solid State Radar programs to ensure that contract and investment deliverables are completed on time.
This leader is expected to collaborate across functional lines to develop and execute program plans, provide risk and opportunity management, and develop product roadmaps.
This leader will act as the focal point for communications between the Product Team, functional organizations, and program leadership.
The selected individual will gain experience with cutting edge solid state radar technologies, Program Management, customer relationships, product portfolio management, cross functional team leadership, high rate production, integration & test, and strategy development.
Basic Qualifications
• Experience with system, software and hardware development
• Experience leading cross functional teams
• Experience with Cost Account Management (CAM)
Desired skills
• Experience with radar production and test
• Experience with transitioning hardware from design to manufacturing
• Cost Account Management (CAM) Certification
• Green Belt Certification
• Experience with proposal development
• Experience working on Solid State Radar programs
• Experience with MDA customer

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate:
In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $128,400 - $214,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
