ECH: Community Development & Outreach (Full-Time, Day Shift)-

The Program Assistant is responsible for the implementation and coordination (under the supervision of the Manager and Department Director) of key initiatives for the Community and Patient Engagement Department including Just for Seniors, PossAbilities, EC Support Groups and key patient engagement activities and initiatives. Works closely with the Department Director, Manager, EC, and HSH leadership, volunteers, community partners, and others to carry out all activities associated with these initiatives and utilizes their interpersonal skills to maximize the highest level of customer service and maintain a professional demeanor among a culturally diverse workforce. Performs other duties as needed.
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Business or in related field preferred. Minimum two years of experience in community outreach and program coordination required. Valid driver's license required at time of hire.
Able to read; write legibly; speak in English with professional quality; use computer software and spreadsheets (excel, word, PowerPoint), and other software programs necessary to the position.
